Crossing from pop to country, Justin Timberlake looks to make an encore performance in real estate by listing his bucolic 127-acre Tennessee retreat for $10 million. The price tag represents a cool increase from the $4 million he originally paid in 2015 for the wooded trails and rolling pastures near Leipers Fork.
With mountain-fed creeks bubbling through the Franklin property, privacy is at least as lush as Timberlake’s vocals. Conservation limits development, leaving ample space for outdoor pursuits from hiking to biking across triple-peak vistas. The area’s natural splendor has already lured fellow stars like Nicole Kidman and Tim McGraw to the area.
The Memphis native rose to fame in ’90s boy band *NSYNC before embarking on a wildly successful solo career spanning 10 Grammys and three Super Bowl shows.
Timberlake’s upcoming projects include crime thriller Reptile, with Benicio del Toro and Alicia Silverstone.
