Apple rolled out updated versions of two of its biggest sellers this fall. The iPad and iPad Pro are both advanced a generation this month; the former is in its 10th incarnation, while the Pro is six iterations old now.
For its tenth birthday, the iPad now comes with Apple’s A14 Bionic for learning, as well as better performance and graphics; it connects via Wi-Fi 6. It also comes with a 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display that offers users more screen area without increasing the overall size of the device. The resolution of the new iPad’s screen is 2,360 x 1,640 pixels. It features 500-nit brightness and True Tone technology. It has two 12-MP cameras on board, including a 4K. The Magic Keyboard Folio can be optioned.
The iPad Pro’s sixth version begins with Apple’s M2, which features an 8-core CPU, 16-core neural driver and 10-core graphics driver. Available accessories for the device include the new-generation Apple Pencil and the Magic Keyboard Folio.
Prices for the pair start at $449, and top out at $1,099 without accessories.
