NFL star Jared Goff sold his four-bedroom Los Angeles-area home recently. The Detroit Lions quarterback made a professional move from L.A. to Detroit in 2021, and in June of this year put the property in Hidden Hills up for sale with an asking price of $7.5 million. Goff handed it off for $6.396 million.
The little estate incorporates a 4,300 sq. ft. main house and 1,075 sq. ft. guest house within a 1.42-acre parcel. The main house is a heavily updated 1953-built modern; details include vaulted ceilings throughout, clerestory windows, pocketing glass walls, stone tile floors and a linear fireplace in a wood-paneled accent wall.
Numbering among the amenities on the little estate are a wet bar, a loggia, a pool with elevated sun deck, a putting green, an outdoor BBQ, and a fire pit. At the time of the sale, the guest house living area acted as a billiards room.
