The Southern California home rap artist Wiz Khalifa put up for sale this summer has found a new owner. The newer Modern-style had been owned by Khalifa since 2019; he put it up for sale with a $4.495 million asking price, and accepted an offer of $4.45 million for it less than two months later.

The six-bedroom, six-bath house, which features a stucco exterior dressed up with timber accent cladding, a second-floor pergola and multiple balconies, is perched on .28 acres in the South of the Boulevard neighborhood of Encino.

The 2018-built house begins with a double-height foyer with series pendants and an L-shaped staircase with a guywire balustrade, which transitions to an open shared living area with a linear fireplace accent wall, retractable glass, and wide-plank floors. The second-floor master opens onto a large terrace.

The property layout places a detached studio at a discreet distance from the main home. Between the two structures: a pool with a waterfall and spa, a half-court, an L-shaped strip of lawn, and a BBQ bar.

This spring, Khalifa closed on a Modern Farmhouse in Encino for $7.6 million.
