Actress Ellie Kemper saw her co-op in Manhattan into the rearview in very good time. The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt star put the Upper West Side residence up for sale in early spring, asking $3.5 million. The property recently closed for $3.3 million.

The unit is located in a brick building that dates to the 1910s; it was converted in the late 1970s. Highlights of the interiors include parquet, herringbone and plank hardwood, wainscoting, crown moldings, and cool pastels; it’s an optimistic pad.
