Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, who famously “inspired” Mark Zuckerberg to create Facebook, and who collectively founded Winklevoss Capital Management and Gemini, a digital asset management firm, have a Manhattan residence on the market with a $16.95 million asking price. The condo unit, an ideal pied-a-terre, is located in a building in Soho, and contains three bedrooms and four baths across 4,300 sq. ft. of interior living area.

Original details at work in the triplex unit include the arched windows. The residence’s primary living area is a loft-like space that spans over 57 feet in length; it features a divider accent, a Creston-controlled gas fireplace, a kitchen with a hardwood waterfall peninsula and beige counter backsplash, matte-finished plank floors, and a library and media room accessed by a steel track door that appears to emphasize the building’s Cast Iron District location.

Added to the unit’s interior floor space is the trio of terraces, which collectively span over 2,200 sq. ft. The bedrooms both feature access to this outdoor living area; the master suite’s wall of sliding glass opens to the south terrace, while the guest room opens to the north. The unit’s industrial-inspired staircase eventually leads to the third level, where the wet bar is located, and where the largest of the three terraces can be reached. Views from the condo’s terraces offer a panorama of the city’s skyline and major landmarks.

The Winklevoss twins each have a net worth of $1.5 billion, according to Forbes.
