NBA player-turned-exec Tayshaun Prince found a buyer for his six-bedroom modern Mediterranean in North Palm Beach this winter. The property changed hands toward the end of January, and closed at $7.47 million. Prince had listed the property at $7.5 million; it was on the market for less than a month when it sold.

The Harbour Isles estate features 100 feet of deep water frontage, and its dock can handle yachts up to 80 feet in length. Other exterior amenities of the property: a 500 sq. ft. second-level lanai, a large pool and a summer kitchen.

The house underwent a substantial renovation prior to the sale, and its interiors were opened up; the listing description mentions that obstructive walls were removed, but it’s likely that the LED atmospherics and warm off-white tones were added as well. Guest accommodations and an elevator are among the home’s amenities. Five of the six bedrooms in this house are en-suite.

Other design elements at work in this house include glossy stone tile floors, and the soaring exterior wall and clerestory windows of the great room.
