The Garden State luxury home nearly sold this year by The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Teresa Giudice is back at square one.
The property has had an extended run on the open market, to say the least. Giudice initially listed the house in October of 2014, asking $3.9 million. By February of this year, the 10,000 sq. ft. house was asking $2.25 million. It moved into pending status early in the spring, but the sale apparently fell through. It is currently listed at $2.25 million.
The Montville Township home’s decked-out sense of style begins with a double-door entry that gives way to a grand foyer with marble tile, a double staircase, and a ceiling that rises through the second level. Details include inlaid oak floors, custom millwork, ornamental columns, and ornate chandelier lighting. The great room and master bedroom are of a similar spirit; both cavernous, both statement spaces.
Giudice hasn’t only been in a selling mood of late, however. In February of this year, she picked up a new estate in Montville Township, taking ownership in exchange for $3.35 million.
