Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher gave their 90210 lair another price chop recently. The pair sliced nearly a million off the top of the previous ask, leaving it at $11.3 million. The couple initially listed the beguiling little estate for $13.995 million about a year and a half ago.

The traditional-style house measures in at 7,351 sq. ft. It was completed in 1999, and packs many a comfortingly familiar design element into a tasteful whole. The façade features a stone-clad first level that echoes the entry landing and front walk, and an ornamental window that opens up the foyer; the arched entry is gently recessed, and dressed up by a pendant, a neoclassical pediment and a keystone flourish.

The interiors are warm, with plentiful details; included on a tour of the home are moldings, rustic plank floors—possibly circular-sawn, and given an antique stain—French doors, sash windows, a very inviting bay window seat, and of course the occasional fireplace. Amenities include a wine storage room, sauna, a master with a fireplace and a marble-tiled bath, a gym, and an office with a fireplace and dentil crown molding.

In back, the house expands generously with a lengthy covered porch that overlooks the pleasingly park-like back yard, where mature trees, pool, and lawn are hemmed in by a tall privacy hedge. The lot measures .51 acres.
