Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner are purchasing a luxe penthouse in Manhattan. The model and investor are dropping $42.5 million for the property, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The residence is a crown jewel of the Nolita neighborhood. It contains five bedrooms across 7,241 sq. ft. of interior living space. Outdoor terrace and deck space adds 5,158 sq. ft. to the penthouse’s total living area.

The unit was designed by architect Jose Ramirez, who was commissioned by Rupert Murdoch to complete the latter’s triplex residence in the One Madison building. The living style has a liberated feel from the start: the elevator opens to an atrium gallery.

Other details of the exceptional home include a kitchen with a La Cornue range and a scalloped ceiling finished in glossy white subway tile, a living room with a fireplace and a partial solarium opening onto the outdoor living area, and a seven-room master suite with a sitting room, dual dressing rooms and dual baths.

Private amenities included with this property include a library, a gym, a home theater and, outside, a putting green, wet bar, yoga lawn and spa.

Kloss and Kushner made another substantial purchase just a few months ago, that one in decidedly warmer climes. The couple picked up a home in Miami Beach for $21.5 million.
