In the spring of this year, and following a move to the Minnesota Vikings, NFL player Patrick Peterson put his mansion in Scottsdale up for sale. The now-former Arizona Cardinals cornerback hung a price tag of $3.2 million on the 7,446 sq. ft. mansion, and sold it this summer for $2.8 million.
The six-bedroom, eight-bath house features an exterior dressed up with stacked stone accents, a tile roof, and desert tones. Inside the home, exposed timber, Italian plaster (or the look of it) and stone tile floors set the temperature of the living style to warm, and continue the desert colors. Amenities include a connected wet bar and wine room, a butler’s pantry, and a generously-proportioned owner’s suite with a fireplace, living area, and exercise room.
A courtyard is the center of the outdoor living area, with a large covered patio as a backup player. A guest house, golf simulator and putting greens, and a pool with a water slide complete the outdoor amenities of this resort-like property.
