Henrik Fisker delved into the hills above Sunset this spring and came up with a 2015-built modern. The automotive-industry billionaire dropped $21.75 million on the hillside villa, which is built into a hillside on a cul-de-sac lot, and spans three levels.

The home’s interiors are the embodiment of contemporary flash. High-end materials come thick and fast, accumulating into a living style that should best the out-do efforts of just about any Jones who happens to reside in the neighborhood. Bricks of Himalayan salt are used for the extended spa-like lower level, which houses the gym, sauna, steam bath, and Roman bath. Floors vary, with natural stone and various hardwoods used. LED strip lighting is also a common denominator in the various living spaces.

The automated glass in the living areas opens the home’s shared spaces to the outdoor living area, which boasts a fire lounge and offers very fine city views. The entertainment potential in the house is divided between the lower level, which also contains a 105-inch television and seating for up to 40, and an outdoor patio complex with L-shaped infinity pool.

The home contains five bedrooms and eight baths. A peek at the master reveals the expected secluded retreat. The bedroom features corner glass opening onto a terrace; the suite is completed with multiple closets and a large bath.

Fisker is one of the most talented designers in the automotive world. Back in 2018, he gave the world a peek at the graceful and fluid lines of the EMotion EV, though Fisker Automotive currently seems to be more focused on bringing the Ocean crossover to market, with production expected to start next year.

Fisker’s net worth is north of $1 billion.
