Margot Robbie listed her four-bedroom traditional in Los Angeles just days ago. She was looking for $3.475 million for the property, which is currently listed in contingent status, but she likely did a bit better. Public records indicate the actress picked up the 2016-built home in early 2017, and paid $2.7 million for it.

The 3,364 square-footer boasts some nice touches. Among the visuals: the living room fireplace’s marble surround—the same Carrara pops up throughout the home, right down to the laundry room counter—and the dining room’s chandelier, a conversation-starter. The particular dark shade of low-gloss blue adorning the dining room walls is oddly affecting, cool and sedate.

The home’s use of black steel windows and doors takes center stage in the little semi-courtyard in back. A pool and pool house occupy much of the remaining .15-acre lot.

Robbie lends her voice to Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, which is slated to be released next week. Her other upcoming films include The Suicide Squad, with Idris Elba, John Cena, Sylvester Stallone, and Viola Davis, and Canterbury Glass, with Christian Bale, Rami Malek, Zoe Saldana, Robert De Niro, Mike Myers, Chris Rock, and Taylor Swift.
