Tyler Hubbard—one half of Nashville musical outfit Florida Georgia Line—is the new owner of this imposing newer modern build in the Los Angeles area. The singer paid $3.926 million for the 4,687 square-footer, according to public records.

The house is located in Beverly Grove, and contains five bedrooms and six baths. It features an open-concept shared living space that includes a living room, kitchen, dining room and wet bar; a fireplace accent wall in poured concrete, pale-toned wide-plank hardwood floors, and a wine storage display put the finishing touches on the first level.

The bedrooms culminate in a fully decked-out master with a hardwood-paneled and atmospherically-lit dressing room and walk-in closet. Retractable glass walls open to the outdoor living area, which is completed with a pool with a water fountain and a hardwood deck.

Florida Georgia Line first four studio albums topped Billboard‘s Top Country Albums chart and reached the top five position on the Billboard 200 chart, with 2014’s Anything Goes also making it to number one on the latter. Their fifth and latest studio album release is this year’s Life Rolls On.
