Los Angeles Clipper Kawhi Leonard has a new garage for his new Rolls-Royce Cullinan, and a 10,500 sq. ft. house in Pacific Palisades to go along with it. The NBA champ purchased the home from feature film producer Ryan Kavanaugh—The Social Network—who listed it initially in the spring of 2019 with a $25 million asking price. The sale price was $17.1 million.

The house was custom built by Kavanaugh, who picked up the lot in 2008. It features architecture that’s an idealized California high-dollar version of Northeast Coastal, with an eccentric, shingle-finished exterior decorated with some hints at Craftsman and a wide variety of window shapes.

The three-level house contains seven bedrooms and eight baths. Interior spaces include a step-down living room, and an open main living area with a glossy and neutral kitchen and a family room with a fireplace. Rustic plank, French doors, built-in shelving, plentiful marble and fold-away glass walls are highlights of the details.

The hilltop location gives the infinity pool additional effect, merging the amenity with the mountain and ocean views in the distance. Other amenities in and around the home include a home theater, a game room with a wet bar, and an outdoor kitchen.
