Married former tennis pro Caroline Wozniacki and retired NBA champ David Lee listed their condo in Miami Beach barely a month ago. The $17.5 million price tag didn’t daunt, or dampen the property’s sojourn on the hot Miami uptown real-estate market either, as the condo managed to snag a buyer at $16.25 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. It sold after just one showing.
The unit is on an upper floor of the Fisher Island complex Palazzo del Sol. It measures in at just shy of 8,500 sq. ft., with five bedrooms and six baths. The interiors show off a muted and very understated version of Mediterranean warmth, with low-luster paint and matte-finished wide-plank floors among the details.
The knockout, of course, is the terrace complex that wraps around each one of the units in the building. There are 2,500 sq. ft. of outdoor living space in all, with ornamental columns and stucco putting the finishing touches on the Mediterranean style.
Lee and Wozniacki wed in 2019. He a basketball player, she a tennis pro…it surely must’ve been a splendid courtship.
