The three-and-three’s living style is bright and youthful, with judicious use of color and pattern giving it a well-defined but far from overbearing personality. The original house was fertile ground for the right vision, and Pennington brought a mix of design elements in his bag of tricks that includes 1960s modern, arts-and-crafts, Asian, Shaker, artisanal, and First Nations inspiration.
