Chanteuse Selena Gomez finally sold this property in Studio City. The home had been on and off the market for well over two years when it closed, fetching Gomez $2.368 million against her initial ask of $2.8 million. She purchased the neo-traditional home in 2017, spending $2.25 million for it.

The interiors of the 1951-built, 3,433 square-footer are incredibly optimistic.
