Cowboy crooner Alan Jackson has put his estate outside Nashville up for sale for $23 million. The property is located in Franklin, Tennessee, a bucolic enclave that is exceedingly popular with Music City celebs, and anchored by a main house that boasts interior living spaces that span some 22,000 sq. ft.

The 4.3-acre lot is nestled in a particularly green corner of Franklin; according to the listing, it is framed by 120 acres of forest within the gated expanse of Laurelbrooke. This undeveloped area gives the European ‘country house’ estate its proper setting.

The stone house is quite romantic, with wrought iron, graceful arches, and ebullient landscaping. In the rear of the property, a stone arcade extends perpendicular to the main house, providing a strong sense of place for the outdoor living areas, which include a covered lounge with a stone fireplace.

The interiors of the main home feature plentiful hardwood, beige and off-white tones, and craftsmanship details that include carved stone and crown moldings. A lounge with a wet bar, a home theater, and a library with a coffered ceiling and multiple sets of French doors top the list of amenities.

Jackson has sold over 75 million records worldwide. He’s released 16 studios albums, with several of them topping the charts, and had 35 songs reach the number one spot on the Billboard Hot Country chart. He reached the top of the charts with gospel and compilation albums as well. His list of accolades includes two Grammys, 16 CMA Awards and 17 ACM Awards.
