‘Twilight’ franchise star Taylor Lautner purchased this modern-style property in Agoura Hills this summer. The house is fairly close to his home base in Valencia, and it is a new build in a gated community in the Santa Monica Mountains.

According to records, Lautner plunked down $3.8 million for the home.  Space was apparently paramount for the young actor; the lot measures nine acres, according to the listing, giving the home’s occupants a generous privacy buffer that is augmented by the property’s more general location.

The residence contains five bedrooms and four baths in its 5,400 sq. ft. of interior living space. The living style is modern, and it boasts 12’ ceilings and smart controls. French oak floors and sliding glass for indoor/outdoor living are also featured.

Amenities include a galley kitchen that looks catering-ready, as well as a master suite with a 340 sq. ft. closet, a 45’ saltwater infinity pool with a cabana, and fire features.
