Jon Voight Asking $14M for Spacious 90210 Spread After Price Cut

Jon Voight’s longtime home in Beverly Hills returned to the market this month, with a substantial price cut. The property first hit the market under Voight’s ownership in August of last year, asking a whisker under $20 million; its return finds the price slashed by six mil, leaving the ask at $13.995 million.

For most prospective buyers, the lot will sing the siren song—it extends to nearly 3.5 acres, an unusually large slice of the 90210. A gated drive and a brick-and-mixed-stone motor court lead to the gated entry that is the home’s preamble, with mature deciduous towering overhead; in back, a large lawn with lush, green borders establishes a very secluded feel. A pool and spa is positioned below the home, and accessible via a staircase.

The residence itself is unassuming, and likely destined to be a teardown. It went up in the late 1950s, and looks very much the part of a no-frills mid-century suburban traditional. It contains four bedrooms and four baths in its 3,519 sq. ft.

Voight won an Academy Award for Best Actor for his performance in 1978’s Coming Home. He also starred in 1979’s The Champ and 2001’s Ali and Pearl Harbor. He is the father of Hollywood megastar Angelina Jolie.
