Shaq-apulco—and the 31,000 sq. ft. house that borders it—is back on the market late this summer.

The Central Florida home of retired NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal first hit the market in the spring 2018, asking $28 million. A year later, the house returned to the market priced at $21.9 million. Its most recent relist finds it asking $19.5 million.

The property is located in Windermere, a town within the Greater Orlando area. The waterfront lot measures nearly four acres, and features 700 feet of frontage on Lake Butler, as well as a dock with covered boat slips.

The house sprawls in a long winged design. Its interiors are exceedingly warm, with stone and hardwood floors, abundant wood trim, and soft warm tones. The home’s great room features a soaring coffered ceiling, a marble accent wall and fireplace, and a second-floor gallery with a wrought-iron balustrade. Amenities include a lounge with a bar, a walk-in humidor, a home theater with stadium seating, a 6,000 sq. ft. basketball court and spectator facility, and a massive master suite with views of the lake.

The outdoor living and recreation area is dominated by the property’s water park. The complex features a 95’ pool with waterfall features, as well as a full summer kitchen and pavilion.
