Clippers Star Paul George Puts Hidden Hills Mansion on the Market for $9.5M

Is NBA forward Paul George anticipating a professional move, or only a residential one? It was less than a year ago that the six-time NBA All-Star settled into the City of Angels after making the move from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Los Angeles Clippers. But the SoCal native listed his Los Angeles-area home this spring for $9.495 million, so he may be contemplating a professional and geographical transition.

George has owned the 1989-built contemporary trophy home in Hidden Hills since the middle of the last decade—he paid $7.4 million for it in July of 2016. It’s an expansive property, inside and out; the grounds extend to 1.35 acres, and the house sprawls to nearly 16,000 square feet.

It comes as no surprise, then, that the interiors evoke space as both lifestyle tonic and quantitative bombast. Breathing room is the result in the great room, however, where vaulted ceilings and a glass wall offer both liberation and a potent sensation of continuation. Glossy stone tile floors add an element of glitz to the living style.

There are seven bedrooms and nine baths in the home, including a master with a pair of huge walk-in closets and a private patio. Other interior amenities in the home include a games room, a home cinema, a gym with a stream shower, and a wine cellar; outside, a pool and spa with stone patio and sunlounge, a basketball court, and landscaping that incorporates fire and water features.
