The Laurel Canyon residence dates to 1938, contains two bedrooms and two baths, and measures 2,156 square feet. It is currently owned and operated by Spring Place, and has been christened OnePlace.

The home’s interiors are warm, cerebral, and vibrantly youthful; the home’s spirit leaves it relevant even after eighty years. Glass, built-ins, plank floors, sloping walls, accents, and windows, and a concept ceiling are among the design highlights of this early modern.

Particularly affecting spaces include the solarium living space, which features wood paneling, a red brick fireplace, and a bank of windows looking out to the rock outcropping and landscaping. The master suite is a close second; a veritable rustic/modern hideaway, with exposed brick and ceiling, wood paneling, and a floating staircase.
