Kawhi Leonard—currently playing for the Los Angeles Clippers—put down a few residential roots in the City of Angels this winter when he invested $6.7 million in a penthouse unit at the Ritz-Carleton Residences at L.A. Live.

The unit’s interiors sport brushed stainless and nicely contrasted hardwood, with the requisite glass to open up the spaces to the views of downtown Los Angeles. The 4,280 square feet of interiors include three bedrooms and four baths; the master gets a luxurious piece of the floorplan, boasting enough space for a sitting area as well as a fireplace.

The L.A. Live units extend from the 27th floor to the 52nd floor of the Ritz-Carlton. They are touted as the upscale units in the building, with amenities including a fitness center and spa, and a rooftop pool.

Leonard’s tenure with the Toronto Raptors brought pride to the city this year. He signed in L.A. for three years and $103 million.
