Retired Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade and his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, are moving full-time to Southern Cali; the couple listed their Miami Beach waterfront estate this month with an ask of $32.5 million.

The Florida Mediterranean-style mansion is set in a green, leafy, one-acre lot that terminates with a deep-water dock on Biscayne Bay. The exterior features villa architectural cues, with the abundant glass of a contemporary home. A loggia, second-floor balconies, and an exterior spiral staircase distinguish the back of the property, with views of the Bay in the background.

The interiors of the house extend to at least 11,500 square feet, with six bedrooms and 11 baths in total. The living style is fairly rustic, with distressed plank floors, wood trim, and exposed beams giving texture to the 2015-built home. Amenities include a home cinema, salon, and wine room.

Folding glass and French doors open onto the pool and patio area, where a pergola-covered cabana with summer kitchen and wet bar give the outdoor living space a great deal of entertainment potential.

In the spring of last year, Wade and Union purchased a contemporary Mediterranean home in Sherman Oaks for $6 million.
