R&B icon Mary J. Blige has listed a second New Jersey home for $2.25 million.

The listing of this Cresskill home comes soon after Blige reduced the asking price on her other high-end New Jersey property. That home, which the R&B queen picked up in 2008 for $12.3 million, originally hit the market in 2015 for $13 million; it is now priced at $6.8 million.

The first home looks like a positive bargain, and this second—a 1990-built residence—features contemporary architecture, six bedrooms, eight full baths, a large deck, and a lot boasting an abundance of mature trees.

Blige purchased the home for $1.95 million back in 2001.
