That was quick.

If it seems like TV and film producer Dana Brunetti only just listed his Los Angeles-area home a few days ago, that’s because he did. The property sold for $6.25 million in less than a week.

The Oscar-nominated creative purchased the Toluca Lake home about four years ago for $3.85 million. It looks like Brunetti made out well with his investment.

The Spanish Colonial-style residence spans 6,550 square feet. It dates to the 1920s, and still carries the spirit of its era in its exterior architecture.

Within, however, the updated five-bedroom stands out with plenty of contemporary accents mixed with traditional features, including a vintage phone booth and Kentucky oak herringbone floors. Its living spaces have been opened up, and flow is excellent.

An airy formal living room transitions seamlessly to a bookshelf-lined den with a billiards table. New residents will also surely enjoy the spacious all-white chef’s kitchen with a marble center island and plenty of room for casual dining. Of all the spaces, though, it’s likely Brunetti will miss the entertainment-friendly backyard the most. The lush yard impresses with plenty of patio space, a swimming pool, and a marvelously secluded guesthouse/studio.

Brunetti is best known for his work on “The Social Network” and “House of Cards.”
