Media executive and businesswoman extraordinaire Shari Redstone recently listed her Massachusetts home for $2.25 million.

The traditional Westwood manse is set on two acres. Spanning 7,015 square feet, the luxurious five-bedroom, 6.5-bath home impresses with plenty of entertainment space, and careful interior design that manages a diverse eye for color with a great deal of grace.

Visitors enter the home to a double-height foyer, which features a grand, tradition staircase, and glossy mid-tone hardwood floors. The floors continue through the shared living spaces, including the living room, family room, study, and great room, each of which features a fireplace.

Redstone’s interest in cooking and baking is on display in the spacious chef’s kitchen with its large center island and stainless steel appliances. The room’s design is unusual and captivating, with hexagonal tile used for the counter backsplashes, custom cabinetry that is strikingly beautiful, and a center island with a natural stone cap.

Other standout spaces in the home include the wood-paneled office, and the sunroom, which features a built-in aquarium. Amenities include a games room, a billiards room, and a media room.

The vice-chairwoman of CBS and Viacom was born in Boston. Her father is billionaire media magnate Sumner Redstone.
