Flush with his new Westchester County Frank Lloyd Wright, fashion designer Marc Jacobs finds himself in a selling mood. And so, the Superior Ink townhouse has got to go.

The West Village Superior Ink complex was designed by Robert A.M. Stern and built in 2009. The townhouses are neo-Georgian with brick exteriors. Jacobs picked his up unfinished for north of ten million, and customized the 4,300 square feet of interiors to taste.

The townhouse extends to four stories, and includes private outside living space on the roof. An elevator services all floors. There are a pair of kitchens in the home; the main kitchen features some fairly spectacularly figured countertops and backsplashes, and there is a catering kitchen as well. The first-floor living room boasts a striking fireplace.

The custom design transformed the two guest bedrooms on the third floor into a single, floor-wide master bedroom suite; the space features a private lounge space and a walk-in closet and dressing room that is sheathed in mahogany, and a grand, stone-clad marble bath. The two remaining guest rooms are also en-suite.

The 1,462 square feet of outdoor living space includes a garden courtyard, a second-floor terrace, and the rooftop terrace. The property includes access to all Superior Ink amenities, including a yoga studio, a screening room, and a lounge with catering kitchen.
