Following their recent split, rocker Ric Ocasek and model Paulina Porizkova have listed their luxurious New York City townhouse. The pair is looking for $15.25 million.

They paid $2.5 million for the 5,760-square-foot residence back in 1989, and it’s been well updated and maintained in the years since.

The expansive townhouse dates to the 1850s, and holds five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Inside, a mix of period and modern design and architectural elements make for a classic-meets-contemporary aesthetic. Highlights include 20-foot-high ceilings, two fireplaces, elevator, and private patio.

The main living space features soaring beamed ceilings, a fireplace, and a massive wall of windows. Further inside, there is a dedicated dining area on the way to the bright white chef’s kitchen. A finished basement with a recording studio, and a bright and airy office with a ceiling of skylights also set the unit apart.

Porizkova met Ocasek in 1984 when she was cast to appear in The Cars’ “Drive” video.
