NHL All-Star Marc-Andre Fleury recently listed his Las Vegas mansion for $2.5 million.

The Golden Knights goaltender—who just made his fourth NHL All-Star team—has owned the custom Southern Highlands-area home for about two years. Interestingly, Fleury purchased the property from fellow hockey star Sheldon Souray. He paid the defenceman $2.3 million for the home.

The Tuscan-style home dates to 2015, spans 6,000 square feet, and holds five bedrooms and 4.75 baths. High-end accents like Venetian plaster walls and a barrel-rolled ceiling add a luxury feel to the contemporary residence.

The living spaces are ideal for entertaining, with an open-concept living area receiving a great deal of space. The room boasts a large kitchen with plenty of counter space, a large fireplace, and walls of pocketing glass doors that open to a covered patio space.

The backyard is filled out by desert-lifestyle feel, and sports a fire pit, a swimming pool, and a spa. A detached casita will come in handy when family’s in town.

Fleury has goaltended for the Vegas Golden Knights since 2017.
