Actress Lily Collins has quickly unloaded her West Hollywood condominium. Last year she had attempted to rent out the unit, but failed to find a tenant willing to pay $11,000 per month. In the end, the property went under contract for $3 million within weeks of hitting the market.
The condo is located in the iconic Sierra Towers complex designed by architect Jack Charney. Built in 1965, the 31-story tower itself features a number of high-end amenities, including 24-7 security, valet parking, a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool. Current and past neighbors of Collins include stars Sidney Poitier, Cher, Elton John, and Sandra Bullock.
The tenth-floor unit is contains one bedroom and two baths, the master suite receiving a bespoke closet, an office space, and a luxe bathroom. The main living space is open-concept with room for living and dining spaces and a built-in wet bar. There’s also room to lounge outdoors on the sheltered terrace.
It spans just 1,672 square feet, but appears larger thanks to entire walls of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and beyond. The condo also features tile floors throughout, and a cohesive cabinet style of black stain and frosted glass.
Collins, who is musician Phil Collins’ daughter, starred in the “Les Misérables” mini-series.
