Colin Cowherd of Fox Sports recently scored with the sale of two Manhattan Beach properties; the closings totaling $7 million.
The TV personality’s two Los Angeles-area homes span traditional and contemporary styles. The East Coast-styled home sold most recently. It’s a 2009-built 3,800-square-foot house and closed at $4.1 million. The home’s exterior is defined by gray shake siding and Cape Cod-inflected architecture. It has four bedrooms and four baths, and interiors that are slightly moody and slightly warm.
The contemporary boasts impressive entertaining-oriented shared spaces, with a living room, family room, dining room, and open-concept kitchen with large center island flowing effortlessly. Opportunities to entertain continue outside, where an outdoor living area, a built-in barbecue, and a fireplace suggest potential conviviality. The residence was a former rental, and sold for $3.25 million earlier in the fall.
Following the sales, Cowherd reinvested $6.525 million in a nearby modern farmhouse-style mansion. That home is a 6,000 square-footer, and features a refrigerated wine room, a theater, a living room with a dramatic cathedral ceiling, and a backyard with a swimming pool.
