Colin Cowherd of Fox Sports recently put two Manhattan Beach homes on the market.
The TV personality opted to list both of his Los Angeles-area residences at the same time, with one listed at $3.5 million and the other at $4.25 million. Both homes are beautiful and feature luxurious upgrades throughout.
First up is a 2014-build Cape Cod-style home. Spanning a bit more than 3,700 square feet, the residence holds five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Standout features include a mix of modern and traditional styling, wide-plank hardwood floors, and a wine cellar. A spacious kitchen with a large center island segues into a family room, where a wall of glass sliders opens to create an indoor-outdoor living space. There is a stone terrace with room for dining or lounging.
Cowherd’s second residence is a Traditional-style two-story located in Manhattan Beach’s Tree Section. Clad with a white shake-sided exterior, the 3,900-square-foot house was designed by Doug Leach and constructed by Matt Morris Development in 2009. Four bedrooms and four baths, and a seamless, modern layout of shared spaces that transitions easily between family, living, and dining rooms.
The kitchen features tall bright white cabinetry, and a large center island accented with black marble counters. Exterior features include a flagstone patio, accessible via French doors. Outside, there’s plenty of room to gather together for an al-fresco meal and evening relaxation thanks to a built-in barbecue and an outdoor fireplace.
