The Razor House is for sale. MagicJack executive Donald Burns, the owner of the residence, has listed the La Jolla compound for $30 million.

The stunning home set into Razor Point cliff boasts some sharp angles, but the design is quite fluid with curving panels of glass nearly everywhere. Now a local landmark, the construction of the home was quite complicated and actually resulted in the original owner filing bankruptcy mid-construction.

Burns picked up the partially finished statement for $14.1 million in 2011; he invested an unknown amount to see the project into completion. The home spans 11,954 square feet and offers unparalleled ocean and canyon views thanks to walls and walls of glass. Materials used extensively include stainless steel and white concrete.

The six-bedroom home centers around a circular living room with a winding staircase. In addition to two indoor kitchens, there is also a screening room and a two-bedroom guesthouse. Outdoors, there are several terraces, a rooftop deck, and a stunning black-tile infinity pool.

Burns founded Telco Communications in the 1990’s. He has been chairman of magicJack since 2010.
