A Los Angeles-area home with presidential heritage is now available for $7 million.

The Holmby Hills home of President Ronald Reagan and his first wife Jane Wyman is ready for a new owner. Built in 1938, the five-bedroom Colonial Revival-inspired residence served as the couple’s main digs before their divorce in 1949.

Located in the Little Holmby neighborhood, the classic 6,153-square-foot home hasn’t been available to purchase for more than fifty years. This is likely due in part to incredible design chops from architect Paul R. Williams and the entertainment-friendly setup.
