Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has listed his Paradise Valley, Arizona, home for $4.1 million.

The American Olympic gold medalist picked up the beautiful property in 2015 for $2.5 million. If he gets anything near his asking price, he’s set to make a quick and sizable return on his investment.

Located just a few minutes outside of Scottsdale, the 6,000-square-foot single-story holds five bedrooms and seven baths. Set behind privacy gates on a lush plot, the Santa Barbara-style home boasts a classic red roof and plenty of white arches.

Inside, the ranch-style home is completely updated with a number of stylish and material-savvy accents including French oak floors, limestone fireplaces, Carrara marble countertops, and a 350-bottle wine storage area. The turnkey home features a large, open-concept living room and kitchen, the latter decked-out with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

The property is quite lovely, and features a number of fruit trees and, of course, an expansive swimming pool.
