New Kids on the Block singer-songwriter Joey McIntyre quickly sold his Los Angeles-area home.
McIntyre’s Hancock Park neighborhood home sold for $5.836 million, and $41,000 over the ask, after just two weeks on the market. The traditional-style was designed by architect Paul Williams, and features stone exterior accents, a foyer with checkerboard tile, and fairly spectacular original oak floors.
The musician’s former four-bedroom home dates to 1925, but strikes a nice balance between period charm and updated convenience. The home boasts a classic East Coast aesthetic, bright white wainscoting, and abundant interior/exterior flow via French doors.
A number of expansive living spaces on the property offer room to entertain. The kitchen features a large island and a built-in breakfast booth, and the backyard incorporates patio space, lush lawns, and a swimming pool. There is a detached guesthouse on the property.
McIntyre has been busy of late on NKOTB’s 46-city Total Package Tour.
