The Honest Company CEO Nick Vlahos is looking to make a clean break from his Calabasas, California, mansion for $4.55 million. The home is located in the celebrity-filled gated community The Oaks.

The residence dates to 1996, but saw a comprehensive redesign in 2014. The rebuild brought in new lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

The villa spans 7,036 square feet, with six bedrooms and seven baths throughout. It features wood, granite, stone, and marble floors, and a plateau foyer.

The interiors show a great deal of care in execution. Some of the details are fairly knockout. The period-style fixtures are convincing, and the staircase with wood treads and modern-style steel balustrade is lovely. A living-room fireplace is rendered in burnished metal and marble, and the master suite features a unique freestanding, two-sided gas fireplace. There’s a lot to occupy the eye here.

Outdoor living spaces include three terraces complete with fans, heaters, and comfortable furniture. Pergola-covered living spaces provide space to lounge or dine; they are capped with opaque solar cells. The pool features integrating landscaped islands.

Actress Jessica Alba is the creator of the Honest Company, which manufactures natural, safe, and green products for babies and beyond. Before heading up the Honest Company, Vlahos served as the executive vice president and COO of Clorox.
