Iconic TV host and comedian Dick Cavett recently listed his Manhattan co-op for $5.995 million.

The Upper West side apartment is one of just 39 residences in the classic Kenilworth building. Cavett’s three-bedroom, three-bath unit impresses with a classic aesthetic and sprawling floor plan.

Wooden millwork and beamed ceilings add to the unit’s early 20th-century NYC feel, and spaces like the dining room stand out with vintage charm thanks to oak-paneled walls. The master suite continues the classic styling with upholstered walls, a charming bathroom, and great views of Central Park. The galley kitchen takes the prize, though, with black-on-white tile, and a dramatic mix of black and stainless accents.

Even though the apartment looks as if it was styled with a historical eye, it does boast a number of modern amenities, including high-end kitchen appliances, central air conditioning, and some recessed light fixtures.

Cavett paid $4.2 million for the apartment back in 2010. The residence is the latest of his residences to hit the open market: last summer he put his Hamptons estate, Tick Hall, on the market for $62 million.
