Actress and talk show host Whoopi Goldberg has listed her Pacific Palisades home for $8.795 million.
Goldberg purchased the luxurious pink home for $2.55 million back in 1993. The manse set in the Riviera section of Pacific Palisades features a very noticeable exterior: light pink, and defined by streamline moderne architecture.
The late Art Deco-inspired home was built in 1933, and a number of classic interior elements are still on display. The future owner will surely be drawn to original details like fluted bathroom vanities and black-and-white marble checkerboard entry hall floors.
In addition to features like hardwood floors, grand fireplaces, crown molding, and plenty of built-in storage space, the home is also entertaining-friendly with spacious living and dining areas.
Goldberg’s grand residence stretches to roughly 7,000 square feet and holds five bedrooms. A separate guesthouse, a three-car garage, and a swimming pool fill out the half-acre property.
