Actress Anna Faris has put her Hollywood Hills home on the market for $2.5 million.
Since the star split from husband Chris Pratt in August of last year, it doesn’t come as too much of a surprise that Faris is looking to move on from her lower Nichols Canyon home. The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath house is set above the street on a quiet cul-de-sac and stretches to 2,563 square feet.
Tucked behind tropical trees, the residence is an elegantly updated 1950’s-built ranch-style home boasting a great deal of warmth and light: a bright wall of floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a large central fireplace, and light honey-colored hardwood floors help define the interiors.
In addition to an open and airy living room, there’s also a small formal dining space and a large kitchen with granite countertops and a butcher block island. The master bedroom features a dressing hall, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, an updated bathroom, and a private patio.
The property exterior makes the most of available space, with a lagoon-style pool, a flagstone paved terrace, plenty of palm trees, a Bocci ball court, and a fire pit filling out the lot.
Faris purchased the home for $1.995 million back in 2005. In addition to starring on the show “Mom,” Faris is set to appear in the remake of the 1987 hit “Overboard.”
