Bike maker Bassi and design brand JJJJound have paired to introduce a beautiful new bicycle. A paragon of elegant simplicity, it just may put the class back into your daily urban commute.
The simple yet refined B/01 road bike takes inspiration from Japanese touring bikes and was developed by JJJJound’s Justin Saunders and Bassi at the brand’s Montreal shop. B/01 stands out with a lightweight chromoly steel frame covered with a sleek deep green finish.
Additional elements like rubber MKS pedals, a Wald steel handlebar, cork grips, and a leather Brooks saddle add to the bike’s thoughtful design. Fender eyelets make riding in the rain manageable while a leather shoulder strap assists a rider in carrying the bike for storage.
Available for $975, B/01 is sure to make a number of bike riders’ morning commutes a lot more stylish.
