This month, Mopar showed off its take on the Wrangler Rubicon, Jeep’s trail-ready SUV.
Introduced at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Mopar’s specially modified 2018 Jeep improves on the already impressive factory-standard off-road build. Mopar’s Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is the adventure vehicle with a 2-inch round steel tube replacing all four doors for an open-air driving experience.
The special modification took more than 100,000 hours to develop, but the work stands out in the rugged design. The whole is nicely enhanced by the bright Mojito Green finish. Added features like extra-large rock rails, a 2-inch lift, LED off-road lights, a “Stubby” bumper array, and BFGoodrich KM2 35-inch all-terrain tires increase the versatility of Mopar’s Rubicon.
In addition to the specially modified Wrangler, Mopar introduced a special collection of Jeep accessories and performance parts for Jeep enthusiasts, including a roof rack, a tailgate table, and a black fuel door, so owners can work on customizing their existing Wranglers at will.
