Marketed as an ‘oasis in the Texas panhandle,’ and titled Mesa Vista, the property’s castle-like lodge complex crowns a natural treasure trove that, upon first impression, looks like a personal national park. Mesa Vista represents a life’s work for Pickens, who began amassing the land in the early 1970’s, beginning with a parcel of about 3,000 acres.
