The former senior VP of production at Warner Bros., Drew Crevello, has quietly put his Los Feliz home on the sub-market with an asking price of $4.5 million.

The Los Angeles-area home is a renovated 1940s-era traditional located in a gated celebrity-filled enclave. The four-bedroom, five-bath residence stretches to nearly 3,400 square feet, and recently underwent a major renovation.

Styled with a clean and modern aesthetic, features like high ceilings, dark hardwood floors, and white walls are standard throughout. The center of the home is the living room complete with a brick fireplace and a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass sliders offering incredible views of the city.

While there’s no shortage of luxurious L.A.-area homes with beautiful views, Crevello’s home stands out with unparalleled views of downtown Los Angeles. Crevello purchased the home for $3.3 million roughly three years ago. The former executive now works as a producer and writer at Warner Bros.
