NBA point guard Kyrie Irving has sold his Westlake, Ohio, home for $1.7 million. The former Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star will no longer need his Cleveland-area home: he was recently traded to the Boston Celtics.

Irving’s four-bedroom modern castle was build in 2007 and is set on a half-acre plot. In addition to a luxurious entryway leading into a two-story living room, there’s also a basketball hoop set up on the main wall, a lingering indication of the home’s most immediate provenance.

The expansive kitchen and large living spaces impress, but the home’s list of amenities is what is most appealing about the property, most notably the recording studio, recreation room, fitness room, and home theater. The master suite is impressive as well, and features a fireplace, and a massive walk-in closet.

The four-time NBA All-Star landed the beautiful home for $800,000 in 2014. The previous owner had been fellow sharpshooter Daniel Gibson.
