Pop musician Beck and his wife Marissa Ribisi have put a Los Angeles home on the market for $3.75 million.
The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter/composer’s current property-on-offer is located in the Mandeville Canyon area near Pacific Palisades. Designed by noted architect Gerard Colcord, the three-bedroom house was built in the 1960s and stretches to roughly 2,600 square feet.
Set on almost an acre, the cottage-style home boasts a number of charming features: wood-beamed ceilings, a carved wood staircase, and a brick-paved loggia, among others. A stand-out is the updated kitchen, which features modern appliances, slab marble countertops, and a breakfast nook with built-in seating.
The master bedroom boasts an en-suite marble bathroom; the additional two bedrooms each feature a walk-in closet, and share a bathroom. In addition to lush grounds dotted with a number of terraces and patios, there’s also a gated courtyard and a detached two-car garage on the property.
Beck and Ribisi own at least two other L.A. homes, including a mid-century residence in Malibu.
