Pricing must have been the issue in the past, as the period Spanish Eclectic is overflowing with charm. Built in 1926, the triple-story house was designed by Hollywoodland architect Vincent Palmer.

Located just below the iconic Hollywood sign in Beachwood Canyon, the nearly 3,000-square-foot home holds four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. What makes the house unique is the number of classic architectural details: terra-cotta tiles, wrought-iron accents, mahogany floors, and rough-hewn wood ceiling beams.
